Three-stage working process
Stage 1 — Challenge and support: define the material problem, baseline, affected stakeholders and hypotheses. Stage 2 — Options and controls: compare alternatives, economics, dependencies, risk and governance. Stage 3 — Decision and action: submit the memo, briefing and accountable implementation sequence.

Use the Applied Leadership Toolkit in the final section. The pass mark is 80%, and a passing submission must reach at least Competent on every criterion.
